The search for All Blue
The name comes from All Blue — the mythical ocean in One Piece where the greatest ingredients from every sea converge. That idea became the founding spirit of All Buru: bring together the best, make it fresh.
Sushi built your way
You pick every piece yourself — Salmon, Tuna, Yellowtail, inari, whatever calls to you that day. The mix-and-match sushi box is the heart of the menu.
The daily counter
Fish is sliced in-store every morning, rice is seasoned in-house, and every box, bowl, and roll is built to order. That daily rhythm is what keeps everything tasting the way it should.
